Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week | 1st shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Setting: On-site (regional monitoring required)
Work Location: Harrisburg, PA 17120
Pay Rate: $23-$26 an hr
Job Summary
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Financial Representative 2 – Intermediate to act as a team lead for a regional monitoring team supporting Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) provider monitoring and waiver program reviews. This role involves on-site monitoring visits, interviews, data analysis, reporting, and coordinating trainings for providers and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as team lead for the regional monitoring team
- Build and maintain a monitoring schedule to ensure providers are monitored at required frequency
- Conduct on-site monitoring sessions for OLTL enrolled providers
- Interview provider staff, stakeholders, and consumers during monitoring visits
- Facilitate pre-conference meetings and assign team members to gather background data
- Compile findings and communicate results through established reporting formats
- Support development/updates to data collection tools and monitoring objectives
- Identify potential fraud, abuse, deficiencies, or compliance concerns
- Develop, schedule, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for providers and team members
- Participate in entrance/update/exit interviews and related meetings for waiver reviews
- Compile and organize program/technical long-term care (LTC) information for leadership as needed

Residency requirement (must currently live in one of these PA counties):
Adams, Berks, Centre, Clinton, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lycoming, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Union, York
Profiles outside these counties will not be considered.
Additional requirements:
- Must be able to work on-site and travel locally for monitoring activities as needed
- Strong documentation, communication, and data analysis/report writing skills
