NOW HIRING: Floating Healthcare Receptionist – Everett, WA
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday | 8-hour shift between 6 AM–7 PM
Home Location: Everett, WA
Travel: Mileage and travel time are fully compensated for locations outside of Everett

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Traveling Healthcare Receptionist to support outpatient medical offices throughout the greater Seattle area.
Job Duties:
- Check in patients, prepare paperwork/charts, and direct patients to exam rooms
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Perform basic clerical duties and help keep clinic operations running smoothly
- Travel as needed to Bellingham, Mt. Vernon, Bothell, Bellevue, Seattle, and Renton clinic locations 1-3 times per month.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable traveling between clinic locations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
- Healthcare Medical office/data entry/reception experience is required
