FORKLIFT OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Four Oaks NC 27524 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $20/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

FORKLIFT OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Forklift Operator will support overnight warehouse operations. This role involves operating material-handling equipment, moving inventory throughout the facility, and maintaining accurate records while working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

FORKLIFT OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (conveyors, handcarts, power trucks, etc.)
• Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, and stage inventory as required
• Maintain basic records and documentation
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Work under general supervision to complete routine warehouse tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

FORKLIFT OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Previous forklift experience (required)
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toed shoes required
• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
• General computer skills
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Regular standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Frequent use of hands and repetitive motions
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and warehouse noise
• Facility conditions include hot summers (no A/C) and cold winters (limited heating)
