Assembler | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Mannford, OK 74044 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15/hr
• Required Availability: 1st Shift

Assembler | Summary and Highlights:

The General Assembler perform routine assembly tasks safely and efficiently under minimal supervision. You’ll work with basic job aids, follow standard operating procedures, and support high-quality output in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO13485 standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Assembler | Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to released procedures
• Participate in changeovers and setups
• Communicate with co-workers, leads, and supervisors
• Maintain accurate production records, charts, and documentation
• Follow safety protocols and support a clean, organized workspace
• Provide feedback on methods, design issues, and process improvements
• Complete assigned training and cross-train in different production areas

Assembler | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable).
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Must be able to read English, write legibly, and follow diagrams and procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Willingness to work overtime and assist in various production areas
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to function in a team environment

Physical Demands & Environment:

• Regularly requires standing, walking, and handling tools/equipment
• May involve reaching, kneeling, or crouching occasionally
• PPE required (lab coats, gloves, hair/beard nets, etc.)
• No makeup, jewelry, or certain clothing due to cleanroom protocols
• Must be able to work on-site for long periods while maintaining focus
