A Grievance and Appeals Coordinator is needed for a major managed care company in Tampa, FL!

Position Details:

Location: Remote to start but must return to office once restrictions are lifted in Tampa, FL
Hours: M-F  8-5PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for managing their personal inventory of complaints and responding to them either in writing or verbally.  
  • Our team handles complaints from members and it is our responsibility to resolve them with the member.
  • This will require research within our systems and reaching out to other departments.
  • They will be expected to meet production expectations and quality expectations.
  • Good written and oral communication skills are a plus.
  • Should be self driven and able to work independently.
  • These complaints are compliance driven and deadlines must be met.
