A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Grievance and Appeal Coordinator in the Woodland Hills CA area. The Grievance and Appeal Coordinator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Grievance and Appeal Coordinator Compensation
- The pay for this position is $22 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Grievance and Appeal Coordinator Highlights
- The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm
Grievance and Appeal Coordinator Responsibilities
- speaking with members, documenting, researching (utilizing different material and navigating through systems, reaching out to providers & members, communicating with internal and external parties)
- Formulating responses in writing to members (writing skills are extremely important for this role),
Grievance and Appeal Coordinator Requirements
- Must have previous Grievance and Appeals exp
- Analytical and research savvy
- Must have at least 1 year of recent healthcare experience and strong work history
- Strong organization and able to multi-task
- Attendance-must be timely and show up to work
