HR Manager / HRBP Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $59 per hour.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

HR Manager / HRBP Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to convert permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
  • This role follows a Hybrid schedule based in San Diego, CA, supporting both remote and on-site work.

HR Manager / HRBP Responsibilities

  • Support leaders in executing all HR processes including talent management, performance management, and compensation.
  • Advise on org development, org design, workforce planning, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leaders across Global Services and US Sales & Marketing.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives using structured methodologies.
  • Facilitate team development, team building, and org capability assessments.
  • Assess training needs and provide recommendations across functional groups.
  • Partner with the HR Director on reductions-in-force and restructuring planning.
  • Resolve employee relations issues in partnership with Access HR; identify trends and root causes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, sourcing strategy, interviewing, and offer development.
  • Advise on compensation decisions including offers, merit increases, market adjustments, and incentives.
  • Support leaders during annual performance reviews and documentation practices.
  • Serve as process owner for HR sub-region processes such as HRP, PMP, Compensation Planning, and Talent Development.
  • Lead HR projects such as acquisition integration and onboarding initiatives.

HR Manager / HRBP Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with 4+ years in an HR Generalist/HRBP role.
  • Experience across change management, org development, recruitment/selection, compensation, employee relations, HRIS, and training/development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

HR Manager / HRBP Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global business units or highly matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with performance management and talent development program ownership.
  • Background in organizational design and change management methodologies.
