Position Details
• Location Greenville AL 36037 on site
• Pay Rate $57.30 per hour
• Schedule Full Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hours 40 or more per week

What You Will Do
• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments
• Review medical histories diagnoses and safety precautions
• Create individualized treatment plans with clear functional goals
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with physicians care teams and family members
• Recommend and assist with adaptive and mobility equipment
• Complete accurate clinical and billing documentation in compliance with regulations
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides when applicable
• Participate in staff meetings training and continuing education
• Maintain professional ethical and regulatory standards
What We Are Looking For
• Active Physical Therapist license in Alabama or compact license required
• Commitment to required attendance during the first 90 days
• Home health experience preferred
• Experience with OASIS documentation wound care and Homecare Homebase preferred
• Strong clinical judgment documentation and patient education skills
