HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Louisville, KY – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $19.19/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Healthcare Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service in a healthcare setting, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues via phone and email. The representative ensures accurate information, timely follow-up, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This position supports both internal and external customers, helping maintain smooth operations and strong client relationships.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone and email
- Take and process customer orders, ensuring proper follow-up
- Research and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Interact with internal and external customers, handling requests of varying complexity
- Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience working in healthcare
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite and maintain a consistent weekday schedule
