NOW HIRING: Healthcare Reimbursement Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote in USA (except AK, HI, NM, WY, ID, MT, SD, ND, VT, DE)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)
Training: Mandatory, same schedule as above – 100% attendance required
Start Date: Sept 8, 2025

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Healthcare Reimbursement Coordinator to help patients get the medications they need—fast. In this role, you’ll work from home, talking to patients and healthcare providers over the phone, helping them complete paperwork, understand insurance, and stay on their treatment plans. You’ll be the helpful voice and steady guide during a stressful time.

Job Summary:

• Answer phone calls from patients and help solve their questions
• Call patients and doctors to give updates or ask for missing info
• Help patients fill out forms and apply for financial support programs
• Enter accurate information into the computer while talking on the phone
• Follow each case from start to finish to make sure patients get what they need
• Work quickly and kindly, especially with patients who may be upset or confused
• Report any problems or side effects patients share with you
• Provide a great experience by being helpful, patient, and organized

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of work experience (healthcare, or call centers, health plan or specialty pharmacy required)
• Good communication skills and a calm, friendly attitude
• Comfortable using computers while talking on the phone
• Ability to handle several tasks at once
• Understanding of health insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial plans is a plus)
