Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $37.02 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
• The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM EST (flexible schedule).
• Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite in Louisville, KY 40222 and 3 days remote.

Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Responsibilities

• Create, document, and maintain process flow diagrams in Visio.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policy manuals in Scribe or Microsoft Word.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and identify process improvements.
• Prepare current and future state documentation to support training and operational consistency.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement process efficiencies.

Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue cycle operations (preferably healthcare).
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Proficiency in Visio, Scribe, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong communication, follow-through, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing swimlane process flows and training documentation.
• Familiarity with healthcare provider revenue cycle processes.
• Curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.
