Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $37.02 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM EST (flexible schedule).
- Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite in Louisville, KY 40222 and 3 days remote.
Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Responsibilities
- Create, document, and maintain process flow diagrams in Visio.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policy manuals in Scribe or Microsoft Word.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and identify process improvements.
- Prepare current and future state documentation to support training and operational consistency.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement process efficiencies.
Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue cycle operations (preferably healthcare).
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
- Proficiency in Visio, Scribe, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong communication, follow-through, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing swimlane process flows and training documentation.
- Familiarity with healthcare provider revenue cycle processes.
