A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Home Health LPN. This will be full time.

Home Health LPN Hours

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Covers 5 counties, primarily in Hendersonville, Sumner County, Montgomery County, Cheatham, Robertson, and Dickson.

Home Health LPN Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $25.00 an hour  
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Home Health LPN Responsibilities

  • Provide care for clients following the client's plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
  • Monitor client's vital statistics and report abnormal findings.
  • Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care.
  • Complete routines established by other care professionals such as PT, OT, and Speech Therapists.
  • Ensure infection control policies are maintained and report possible communicable diseases or infections.
  • Document nursing actions, communication, and progress toward established goals accurately.
  • Order supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to maintain adequate amounts on hand.
  • Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with the physician’s instructions.
  • Monitor incidents, complete incident reports timely and accurately, and notify appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure all medical equipment is maintained and report faulty equipment to DME for repair.

Home Health LPN Requirements

  • Current LPN TN state license or multi-state.
  • Strong wound care skills.
  • Experience with IV labs, PICC care, and drains.
  • Proficient in HCHB software EMR.
