Home Health Physical Therapist Highlights:

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Home Health Physical Therapist Details:

• Location: Jackson, MI 49201
• Payrate: $55-$63/hour
• Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm w/ weekend rotation (one weekday off when scheduled for weekend)

Home Health Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, implements medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs, (e.g., heat, water, exercise, etc.) directed towards relieving pain and/or restoring physical functions to rehabilitative clients in a home care setting

Home Health Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan
• Current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
