A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Home Health RN. This will be full time.

Home Health RN Hours

  • 8-4:30pm M-F
  • One weekend on call per month is required

Home Health RN Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $45.00-48.00 an hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Home Health RN Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and complete OASIS forms.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring effective health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Provide case management and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise care plans and staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
  • Monitor medication administration, storage, and disposal in compliance with policies.
  • Document patient health status and maintain accurate nursing records.
  • Ensure patient appointments are scheduled, completed, and followed up on.
  • Train new employees and provide annual recertification on health and safety topics.
  • Provide communication between inpatient facilities, discharge coordinators, and home care teams

Home Health RN Requirements

  • Valid Tennessee RN License or Compact State RN License
  • Previous home health experience.
  • Proficiency with Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus, but not required.
  • OASIS Assessment Experience
