Home Health RN Compensation

• The pay for this position is $46.00 per hour

Home Health RN Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday until shift is complete
• On-call required if requested

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Primary functions of the Registered Nurse are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency and assume the responsibility for coordination of care.

Home Health RN Requirements

• Active RN license/AHA BLS
• Current Driver’s license, reliable transportation & insurance
• 1+ years clinical experience
• 2+ years home health experience
• Homecare Homebase and OASIS experience required
• CHPN certification preferred
