LOCATION: Greenville, AL (Serving Butler, Lowndes, Crenshaw & Covington Counties)
Compensation: $48.69/hr + Mileage Reimbursement ($0.43/mile)

- Consistent full-time schedule (no rotating shifts)

Job Summary
- Provide in-home nursing care, assessments, and ongoing patient monitoring
- Manage and update care plans to support patients with chronic or acute conditions
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and disease prevention
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Supervise and support LPNs and other clinical staff when needed
Schedule & Expectations
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call rotation (approximately 1 month at a time)
- Productivity goal: 25–30 points
Qualifications
- Active Alabama RN license
- Home health experience is a required
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
