Home Infusion Registered Nurse – Vancouver, WA 98683

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Home Infusion RN in Vancouver, WA 98683. This is an immediate need with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and no overtime. This position involves field work in both Oregon and Washington and would be the sole RN on a collaborative pharmacy team. Home Infusion RN Compensation
• The pay for this position is $48.69 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

 

Home Infusion RN Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• The role involves field work and coordination between sites in Washington and Oregon

 

Home Infusion RN Responsibilities
• Perform health assessments and implement care plans for individuals receiving home infusion therapy
• Provide case management and supervise staff and care plans as needed
• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals with chronic or acute conditions
• Coordinate communication and action plans with interdisciplinary healthcare providers
• Manage medication orders, reviews, discontinuations, and proper disposal
• Document health status and ensure regular progress reports to physicians
• Perform sterile dressing changes, PICC and port access/de-access, and IV insertions
• Schedule and monitor follow-up healthcare appointments
• Train and recertify new and existing staff on health and safety practices

 

Home Infusion RN Requirements
Registered Nurse License in both Washington and Oregon
• Experience in infusion nursing
• Strong IV skills and familiarity with sterile techniques
• Ability to complete a virtual interview followed by an in-person interview
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

 

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with PICC and port management
• Self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working independently in the field
