A-Line Staffing is now hiring two Registered Nurses – Hospice Home Health in South-Central Pennsylvania.
We are looking to fill two positions: one with an immediate start and one starting in mid-July.
The RNs would be working for a Fortune 500 company and have career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Hospice RN – Home Health Compensation

• The pay for this position is $56.14 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Hospice RN – Home Health Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No weekends or on-call required
  • Expected productivity: 5 to 7 patient visits per day
  • Counties covered: primarily Lancaster County, with potential to assist in York County
  • Office is based in York County

Hospice RN – Home Health Responsibilities

• Complete hospice visits including admissions, recertifications, routine care, PRN, and death visits
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of high-risk members in their homes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and execute care plans
  • Reassess levels of care to ensure clinical appropriateness and cost-efficiency
  • Coordinate non-medical support services (e.g., housing, transportation) to support treatment adherence
  • Coordinate transitions of care and collaborate with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation
  • Identify opportunities for health promotion and early intervention
  • Serve as a patient advocate by protecting confidentiality and ensuring quality of care

Hospice RN – Home Health Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN License in Pennsylvania
  • Hospice and Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Experience with case management, skilled nursing facilities, or hospice care teams
  • Case Management certification
  • Ability to assess complex patient needs and make sound clinical decisions
