Hybrid Customer Care Specialist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Hybrid Customer Care Specialist Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is between 7am - 6pm CST, 8 hour work schedule assigned within that timeframe. 3 DAYS ONSITE/2 DAYS VIRTUAL
Hybrid Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities
- Providing customers with Order Status information.
- Processing customer orders
- Providing customers with product availability information.
Hybrid Customer Care Specialist Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Hybrid Customer Care Specialist Preferred Qualifications
- Call Center experience
- Customer Service experience
