Hybrid Service Desk Agent Compensation
- The pay for this position is $23.92 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Hybrid Service Desk Agent Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Hybrid role: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (subject to change)
- The required availability for this position is full-time, 40+ hours per week
Hybrid Service Desk Agent Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support to healthcare professionals and internal employees
- Engage with customers via a ticketing system, inbound/outbound calls, and email
- Troubleshoot Apple iPad/iOS and Signify Health applications for clinicians
- Support MacOS, Windows OS, Dell peripherals, and Logitech webcams for internal employees
- Respond to and monitor hardware fulfillment requests (laptops, tablets, PC peripherals)
- Escalate and manage tickets transferred to other departments
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects
- Occasional overtime, weekend, and holiday availability required
Hybrid Service Desk Agent Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of Service Desk or Help Desk support experience
- Experience supporting Apple iOS and iPad hardware
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with web-based applications and mobile device management tools (Google Workspace, Slack, MaaS360, Workspace One)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
