A-Line Staffing is now hiring a ICU RN. This will be full time.

ICU RN Hours

  • 3X12 HOUR SHIFTS -7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Every other weekend, every other holiday
  • Open to Local and Travelers - travelers must be 50+ miles away from facility 

ICU RN Compensation

  • The pay for this position for locals is $50.00-55.00 an hour 
  • The pay for this position for traveler's is $1,800-2,000 per week for travelers
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

ICU RN Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
  • Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
  • Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
  • Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

ICU RN Requirements

  • RN License in MI
  • ACLS and BLS Certified
  • 2+ years Neuro ICU experience.
  • Certifications: ACLS and NIHSS.
  • Preferred Skills: Cerner experience, previous travel experience, previous level 2 trauma experience.
