ICU Registered Nurse (RN) | DIRECT HIRE

Location: Lawton, OK
Compensation: $30-$38.82/hour + a $6,000 sign-on bonus & potential $2,000 relocation bonus
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, on-call & weekend rotation

Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing total nursing care for patients with complex medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics.
  • Assess and diagnose patient conditions to create and implement individual care plans.
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Lead and collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to maintain professional standards.
  • Monitor patient status and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Educate patients and families regarding their conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in the development of systems to enhance patient care delivery.

Requirements
  • Active Oklahoma RN License - Required
  • Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience in an ICU setting - Required
  • Current BLS and NIH Certification or willingness to obtain - Required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Required
