Title: IT Project Manager
Pay Rate: $45.00/hr
Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST
Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C, 1099, and 3rd party candidates will NOT be considered
The IT Project Manager will manage the entire project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation. They will be accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. They will develop project plans and drive project milestones and establish effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. This role will provide day-to-day direction to project resources, ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. The IT Project Manager is also responsible for the preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
Position Qualifications:
- Astrong Project Management background, with a focus on IT projects and initiatives, preferably within HR or Finance
- Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and a PMP Certification required
