Industrial Maintenance Technician Compensation
• The pay for this position is $34.10 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Industrial Maintenance Technician Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
• Perform routine set up, operation, minor and major routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting of highly complex/automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance (including preventive) repairs, adjustments, inspection, and monitoring of production and/or facilities-related equipment and machinery.
• Prioritize daily work assignments to meet production needs and department goals.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance scheduling, completion of work orders, and tasks as assigned.
• Support installation, removal, and corrective maintenance of equipment.
• Perform mechanical changes and operator-level preventive maintenance.
• Assist with root-cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance documents.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements
• Very familiar with hydraulics, controls, sensors, vacuum systems, motors, etc.
• Good understanding of electronics and temperature controllers.
• Knowledge of sensor technologies, pneumatic cylinders (flow controls), and basic math.
• Ability to understand what a servo motor does and why it operates the way it does.
• Safety-conscious mindset and familiarity with safety protocols.
• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in relevant fields (Electrical/Electromechanical/Mechanical Engineering Technician, Industrial Technician, etc.) or 4 years of relevant experience.
