Infusion Pharmacist Location: Woodridge, IL 60517 – On-site at the client’s company

Infusion Pharmacist Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Infusion Pharmacist Overview:
The client’s company, an innovative national provider of complex specialty pharmacy services and home infusion therapy, is seeking an Infusion Pharmacist in Woodridge, IL. This full-time position supports patients receiving infusion treatments in their homes or alternate care sites and offers a stable weekday schedule with no weekend hours.

Infusion Pharmacist Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and dispense infusion and specialty medications.

• Compound sterile IV solutions according to USP standards and company protocols.

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and compliance.

• Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and equipment use.

• Maintain accurate patient and inventory records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other staff members.

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and home health teams to optimize patient care.

Infusion Pharmacist Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree required.

• Active Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing.

• Minimum 1–2 years of home infusion pharmacy experience required.

• Proficiency with CPR+ pharmacy software or similar system.

• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
