Job Posting: Pharmacist – Specialty Infusion Services
Position: Pharmacist – Infusion Compounding Team
Pay:$64.32 per hour
Location: Mendota Heights, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract to hire position: 3-6 month contract with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and attendance
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Pharmacist for a leader in specialty infusion services, where we provide cost-effective solutions and high-quality care to patients receiving complex therapies in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacist on our Infusion Compounding Team, you will:

Medication Oversight:
- Review, interpret, and evaluate physician medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, cost-effectiveness, accuracy, safety, and completeness.

Patient Support:
- Participate in patient evaluations for therapy acceptance, product selection, device recommendations, and supply management.

Sterile Compounding:
- Prepare, package, and label compounded sterile products following strict compliance standards.
- Accurately compound and check sterile products, ensuring adherence to USP 797 requirements.
- Manage and oversee the pharmacy clean room suite to maintain regulatory standards.

Clinical Communication:
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to share critical clinical and technical information effectively.

Job Requirements
Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (B.S. or Pharm.D.) required.

Licensure:
- Registered Pharmacist with a current license in the state of Minnesota.

Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with sterile compounding preferred, but not required.
