Infusion Pharmacist Compensation:

• The pay rate for this position is $65.93 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Infusion Pharmacist Highlights:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks with the potential for conversion based on attendance, performance, and business need

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with overtime as needed

• Flexibility Required: Alternating on-call weekends and during the week

• Location: Onsite in Tulsa, OK

Infusion Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• Accept and dispense prescription medications

• Monitor patient medication compliance and usage patterns

• Ensure the legal and safe supply of medicines

• Maintain and manage confidential patient records

• Advise patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions

• Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications

• Educate patients on medical devices such as blood pressure monitors and glucose meters

• Compound medications and prepare sterile solutions following protocols

• Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks

• Maintain appropriate pharmaceutical and medical supply inventory

• Identify and communicate drug-related issues with healthcare providers

• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Infusion Pharmacist Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required

• Active Oklahoma Pharmacy License

• Infusion pharmacy experience preferred but not required

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
