Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time

A respected outpatient specialty practice is seeking a highly motivated Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to support a rheumatology-focused outpatient infusion suite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered infusion care in a collaborative, well-organized clinical environment.

This position is ideal for an experienced infusion nurse who values consistency, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient relationships in an outpatient setting.

Position Overview

• Part-time: 3 days per week (24–27 hours)

• Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays

• 8:30 AM -5pm 

• Bilingual Spanish: Highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with national standards, specialty regulations, and organizational guidelines

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care to ensure continuity and quality outcomes

• Prepare and administer infusion therapies under physician supervision

• Perform patient assessments and support therapeutic management of patient and family needs across diverse age groups

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient infusion suite

• Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary team members

• Support clinical operations and contribute to a positive patient experience

• Adhere to compliance requirements, including ethical standards, policies, and procedures

• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current infusion nursing knowledge

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (BSN preferred)

• Active RN license in the practicing state

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or American Red Cross, hands-on course)

Experience

• 5–7 years of nursing experience required

• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy experience
