A-Line Staffing is now a Nurse Case Manager. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Nurse Case Manager Availability

  • M-F 8am-4pm

Nurse Case Manager Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $60.00-$70.00 an hour depending on experience
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Nurse Case Manager Responsibilities

  • Coordinates patients through the acute care hospitalization
  • Manages all aspects of discharge planning/transition process
  • Performs utilization management and quality screenings
  • In- Patient Case Management is required

Nurse Case Manager Requirements

  • Licensed RN in NJ
  • BSN required
  • 2 years of acute care or inpatient care management or managed care
