NOW HIRING: Insurance Verification Representative
Location: 100% Remote in USA (except AK, HI, NM, WY, ID, MT, SD, ND, VT, DE)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Start Date: September 8, 2025

JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Remote Insurance Verification Representative, you’ll assist patients through the full process of insurance approvals, medication access, and support—all from the comfort of your home. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and love helping others, this is the role for you.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Support patients from start to finish to ensure timely access to care
• Work closely with doctors, specialty pharmacies, and insurance companies
• Perform benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and appeals
• Help patients understand insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs
• Handle billing, claims, and reimbursement questions
• Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers
• Review and enter paperwork accurately
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare
• Experience working for a health plan or specialty pharmacy is highly preferred
• Prior experience with PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), benefit verifications, prior authorizations, billing/reimbursement, or claims is strongly desired
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
• Friendly and patient communication skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)

Training Details:

• Mandatory Virtual Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
• Start Date: September 8, 2025
• 100% attendance required — no pre-planned time off accepted during training
