Now Hiring: Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor- LMSW, LLP, or LPC

Location: Southgate, MI
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Includes one late shift per week (at least 4 hours after 5 PM)
No on-call | Weekend work TBD

Salary Range: $69,420 - $93,321/year

• Based on license type and experience
• Incentive pay available
• Salary is grant-funded (non-negotiable)

About the Role:

This position oversees the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program, providing both clinical and administrative supervision. You’ll support staff, ensure compliance, manage program operations, and help make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide supervision and mentorship to IDD staff
• Lead crisis management support for clients and team
• Monitor electronic medical records and documentation
• Ensure licensing, credentialing, and training compliance
• Manage team performance: hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and more
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Analyze data and reports to track outcomes and productivity
• Lead team meetings and individual supervisions monthly
• Collaborate across departments for service delivery
• Attend relevant community meetings and trainings
• Assist in monitoring budgets and funding requirements
• Maintain ethical standards and support person-centered planning
• Complete all required reports and documentation

Requirements:

Must hold one of the following full Michigan licenses:

• LMSW
• LLP
• LPC
• Supervisory experience preferred (therapist experience considered)
