IDD Supervisor (LMSW, LLP, or LPC) Compensation

Salary: $69,420 – $93,321 annually, based on licensure and experience

Incentive pay may be available

Mileage reimbursement available at $0.64/mile when using a personal vehicle

Full-time, direct hire opportunity
-
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with at least one evening shift per week (minimum of 4 hours after 5:00 PM)

Weekend hours may be required as needed

No on-call required
IDD Supervisor (LMSW, LLP, or LPC) Responsibilities
-
Provide administrative and clinical oversight of the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities program
-
Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff
-
Handle crisis intervention and provide direction to team members
-
Review documentation and ensure compliance with treatment standards and funding guidelines
-
Participate in staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
-
Lead quality improvement initiatives and support program compliance
-
Ensure staff maintain licensure and training requirements
-
Analyze program data related to waiver utilization, productivity, and performance
-
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient program delivery

Maintain regular supervision meetings and document accordingly
-
Attend professional development events and share learnings with the team

Uphold ethical and culturally competent care practices

IDD Supervisor (LMSW, LLP, or LPC) Requirements
-
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
-
Must hold one of the following full Michigan licenses: LMSW, LLP, or LPC
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents with intellectual/developmental disabilities using relevant treatment modalities – Required
-
Must meet qualifications for Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) within 120 days of hire
-
Valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record

Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and cultural competency skills

Experience with electronic medical records – Highly Preferred

Experience in a supervisory role – Preferred

Experience with waiver programs – Preferred
-
U.S. work authorization required – No visa sponsorship or student/work visas accepted
