Intensive Case Manager (ICM) Supervisor Compensation
- The pay for this position is $35.60 - $47.92 per hour based on experience.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Intensive Case Manager (ICM) Supervisor Highlights
- Shift Notes: Regular working hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 7 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Flexible scheduling is available. Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required based on program needs.
- Travel: Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used - IRS standard. .64 per mile
- Paid training.

- Paid holidays include: New Years Eve and New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, ½ day for Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after (Black Friday), Christmas eve and Christmas Day.
Intensive Case Manager (ICM) Supervisor Responsibilities
- As an Intensive Case Manager (ICM) Supervisor in the Adult Behavioral Health program , you will be responsible to oversee the delivery of intensive case management and hospital liaison services to adults who have been admitted to inpatient psychiatric facilities, those who have demonstrated a significant risk for psychiatric readmission and/or repeated use of emergency psychiatric services, those clients under court order to receive Assisted Outpatient Treatment and those deemed Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity.
Intensive Case Manager (ICM) Supervisor Requirements
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work Psychology or Counseling with a LMSW LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan. All state licensures must continually remain active in effect and free from disciplinary action. – Required
- Must be eligible for a Qualified Mental Health Professional at the time of hire and a Substance Abuse Treatment Specialist credential within 120 days of hire.
- Must possess a CAADC credential or be on an active approved registered MCBAP certification Development Plan within six weeks of hire.
- A minimum of three 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders - Required.
Intensive Case Manager (ICM) Supervisor Preferred Qualifications
- Specific experience working in a community mental health setting and knowledge of community resources - Preferred.
