Job Description
Internal Medicine / Family Practice - Outpatient
Title and Position: Primary Care Physician (two physician positions available)
Must be Board certified
Location: Sugar Land, TX or Wharton, TX (two separate locations)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 & one Sat a month (9-12); Physician will receive a half day of admin time each week. Day to be agreed upon between physician and medical director (Mon, Tue, wed, or Thu).
Employment Start Date: August / September 1, 2022
Term: 2 years
Compensation: $10,000 starting bonus
$205,000 salary (Negotiable)
Production incentives included after second year
Benefits Medical insurance, 401K.
Vacation WCME: Three (3) weeks of vacation (15 business days) & One (l) week of CME. Vacation may not be used consecutively or may not be utilized during the months of Nov, Dec, Jan.
Physician will receive $2.5k CME allowance annually.
Unused vacation time may not be carried forward to the next calendar year.
