INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Parkway Four Oaks NC 27524 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $18/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Inventory Control Clerk will manage essential inventory functions to ensure the accuracy of raw material and finished goods records. This role supports Manufacturing and Quality departments by tracking all material movements and conducting regular cycle counts to maintain system integrity.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain precise records for all incoming and outgoing material transactions, including receiving, shipping, and transferring.
- Reconciliation: Identify and reconcile any discrepancies between perpetual inventory records and actual physical counts.
- System Integrity: Conduct periodic cycle counts as directed by management and generate reports from the ERP system.
- Problem Solving: Assist in investigating any inventory anomalies found during daily activities.
- Material Management: Coordinate the destruction of obsolete or unusable materials as directed.
INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and write English language documentation.
- Strong math skills are required for accurate counting and record-keeping.
- Preferred: Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
