Title: Jr. Project Manager

Location: Work from Home

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST

Note: This role is NOT open to C2C candidates

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing project activities. You will work closely with Senior Project Managers to ensure successful project execution. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Project Coordination
    • Collaborating with Senior Project Managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
    • Assisting in creating project timelines, budgets, and schedules
    • Delegating tasks and allocating resources effectively
    • Creating and assigning Jira issue types for project members
  2. Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
    • Documenting project milestones, risks, and issues
    • Preparing regular progress reports for clients and management
    • Updating confluence project status pages
  3. Communication
    • Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and senior management
    • Ensuring that project-related information flows smoothly within the team
  4. Quality Assurance
    • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
    • Conducting periodic reviews to identify areas for improvement
  5. Problem-Solving
    • Addressing challenges and obstacles promptly
    • Collaborating with team members to find solutions
  6. Documentation
    • Organizing and maintaining project documentation
    • Ensuring accurate record-keeping for future reference
  7. Client Interaction
    • Liaising with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
    • Providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Position Qualifications:
  • Strong, relevant Project Management work experience, including proficiency with common PM tools and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An eagerness to learn and grow within the field
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management, etc.) required; Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) highly preferred
