- Provide direct and indirect patient care services in home or alternative settings.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurse to implement nursing treatments according to established care plans.

- Instruct, motivate, and assist patients and caregivers to improve independence at home.

- Shift: M-F 0800-1700; 40 hours guaranteed
