What You’ll Do

Review and process prior authorization requests

Review clinical documentation, chart notes, and claims history

Apply clinical criteria and insurance requirements

Work with providers, pharmacists, and healthcare teams

Use platforms such as CoverMyMeds

Manage high-volume work while maintaining accuracy and quality
What You Bring
-
Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license
-
2+ years of recent prior authorization experience
-
Experience in a medical office, PBM, or clinical setting
-
Strong computer and multitasking skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Schedule & Training
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST for approximately 8 weeks.
Permanent schedules may include Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, with shifts generally between 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CST. Weekend flexibility and occasional overtime are required.
Remote Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to hardwire your computer directly to your modem/router.
