Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at a closed-door pharmacy in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves providing essential pharmaceutical services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in long-term care and a commitment to patient safety and excellence.
Key Details:
- Location: Indianapolis, IN (local candidates only)
- Pay Rate: $63 per hour
- Schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Type: Long-term position
- Environment: Closed-door pharmacy
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify and review medication orders to ensure appropriate dosages and prevent potential drug interactions.
- Provide consultation to healthcare providers as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Collaborate with other pharmacy staff to manage workflow and ensure timely delivery of medications.
- Uphold the high standards of a closed-door pharmacy by ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all processes.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Active and valid Indiana Pharmacist License.
- Must be local to Indianapolis, IN.
- Previous experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
