L&D Nurse Compensation

• The pay for this position is $55.00 per hour

L&D Nurse Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

L&D Nurse Responsibilities

• A labor and delivery nurse works with mothers during the final stages of pregnancy helping with birthing, monitoring the mother's vital signs, and becoming astute in signs and symptoms of possible complications. They are involved in patient education and addressing the psychosocial needs of mothers after delivery.

L&D Nurse Requirements

• Active RN license (must be in good standing)
• ADN or BSN
• AHA BLS/ACLS/Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and NRP Certifications
• Minimum 1 year experience within the last 3 years
