Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMSW)  Compensation

• The pay for this position is $40 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMSW)  Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with the potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
• Schedule: Full-time, 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Location: Bullock Correctional Facility, 104 Bullock Drive, Union Springs, AL 36089.

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMSW)  Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations.
• Perform risk assessments, crisis interventions, and de-escalations as needed.
• Offer behavioral health consultation to multidisciplinary clinical teams and correctional personnel.
• Coordinate care for patients returning to the community requiring ongoing behavioral health services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain patient treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with program goal planning.
• Conduct in-service training programs and orient new staff members.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports.
• Adhere to standard precautions and utilize personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMSW)  Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Unrestricted, current Alabama license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent).
• Counseling experience in a correctional setting preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

• Prior experience in a correctional healthcare environment.
