A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional – 2nd Shift (Full-Time) in a Correctional Setting.
The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40 hours per week, with a schedule of 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, including every other weekend. Candidates must be interested in a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Compensation

• The pay for this position is $56 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, including every other weekend (40 hours guaranteed per week)
• Candidates must be interested in transitioning to a permanent role

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Responsibilities

• Perform individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations
• Perform risk assessments and interventions as needed
• Provide behavioral health consultation to multi-disciplinary teams and correctional personnel
• Execute crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Support and/or direct care coordination for patients transitioning back into the community
• Develop and maintain patient treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Assist in program development and special projects as assigned
• Conduct and participate in in-service training programs for staff
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
• Follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or other related Mental Health discipline
• Unrestricted, active license in the state of practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, LMSW, or Psychologist)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
• Counseling experience in a correctional setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check, security clearance, and drug screening
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
