Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Compensation

• The pay for this position is competitive and based on experience
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Highlights

• Shift: 2nd shift, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Part-time role with a 16-hour weekly guarantee
• Every other weekend requirement (Saturday & Sunday)
• Must be interested in temp-to-perm conversion

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapeutic interventions
• Perform psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations
• Conduct risk assessments and interventions
• Provide behavioral health consultation to the multi-disciplinary clinical team and correctional personnel
• Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
• Support and/or direct care coordination efforts for patients transitioning to the community
• Initiate, complete, and maintain patient treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and assist in planning program objectives
• Conduct in-service training programs and assist with new staff orientation
• Prepare necessary documentation, records, and reports
• Follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as required
• Other duties as assigned by management

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related mental health discipline
• Unrestricted, current license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, LMSW, or Psychologist)
• Must maintain all required licensure, certifications, and continuing education
• Counseling experience in a correctional setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
• A background check, security clearance, and drug screening are required for this role
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
