Licensed Pharmacy Technician Highlights

  • The pay for this position is $18.50-$23.50 per hour (depending on experience and certification).
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM (approximately 2 Saturdays per month with a weekday off to compensate). No Sundays.
  • Onsite position. Located in Issaquah, WA.
  • This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls related to order status, new customer inquiries, and prior authorizations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.

 

Requirements

  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
  • National certification preferred for premium pay.

  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
