Pharmacy Technician Highlights

• The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.
• Training Period (First 90 days): Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
• Full-Time Schedule (Post-training):  Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Onsite position
• This position is a temporary, Full-Time position.

Responsibilities

• Manual entry and picking/replenishing products for filling.
• Operating automated sorting and counting equipment.
• Filling bottles and cells with prescribed tablets and capsules.
• Applying prescription labels to bottles and boxes.
• Performing computer-based tasks for tracking and managing medication and inventory.
• Assisting in the preparation and dispensing of medication as directed by the pharmacist.
• Receiving and storing incoming supplies, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Counting stock and entering data into the computer to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Assisting in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory.
• Completing forms and reports as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy operations experience.
• Must hold a Pharmacy Technician License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to operate pharmacy equipment, including automated systems.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing medication orders and inventory.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
