Job Type: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Pay Range: $33.79 - $35.00 per hour
Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
As an LPN/LVN, you will:
- Administer vaccinations and injections, including influenza, COVID-19, and TB test placements.
- Obtain vital signs and assist with patient registration, intake, and checkout.
- Provide emergency care in collaboration with the on-site provider during emergent situations.
- Assist with wait room management, including patient reminders, outreach calls, appointment scheduling, and chaperoning sensitive exams to enhance patient experience.
- Prepare the clinic and waiting area to ensure the best patient experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience administering immunizations and injections, along with providing evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Ability to take vital signs accurately.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Ability to pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
- Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Medical Record.
Education & Licensure:
- Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (NLNAC).
- Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
Working Conditions:
- This position requires flexibility to float to nearby locations and work alternating weekends.
- On-site presence is required as needed.

Work Schedule Overview
Total Hours: 65 hours over 2 weeks
- Week 1: 28 hours
- Week 2: 37 hours
- Workers alternate weekends.
Daily Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch)
- Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch)
