Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Compensation

• The pay for this position is $20-$24 per hour based on experience.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Highlights

• The required availability for this position is day shift.
• 10am-10pm / 3 days /12 hour shifts up to 40 hours per week
• Start date: As soon as possible.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

• Administering medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Recording patient information and maintaining accurate medical records
• Performing basic wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds
• Collecting samples for laboratory testing, such as blood or urine
• Assisting doctors and registered nurses during medical procedures
• Educating patients and families about care plans and managing health conditions
• Monitoring patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments
• Ensuring patient comfort and addressing basic needs
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment in patient care areas
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code & proof of completion of an approved course in medication administration.
• BLS/CPR – Required.
