Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Pennsylvania. The LPN would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

LPN Compensation

The pay for this position is $45 per hour.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

LPN Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

The required availability for this position is Days, Evenings, and Nights (35 hours/week).

LPN Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Document care activities and maintain electronic medical records.

  • Monitor and report changes in physical or emotional conditions.

  • Take and record vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with daily living tasks.

  • Participate in the implementation of rehabilitation and habilitation plans.

  • Provide oversight in patient care areas and support unlicensed personnel.

  • Follow all nursing procedures and legal guidelines.

LPN Requirements

  • Current Pennsylvania LPN license or eligibility to sit for the exam.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.

  • Ability to perform clinical nursing tasks including IV therapy, catheter care, and first aid.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

LPN Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in behavioral health, long-term care, or correctional facilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
