Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: South Mountain PA 17261
Shift: 2nd shift – 3:00pm-11:00pmp/2:45pm-11:15pm OR 3rd shift – 11:00pm-7:00am/10:45pm-7:15am
Pay: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour
Scheduled Pay: Weekly

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities
- Assisting and encouraging patients/residents to participate in prescribed rehabilitative and recreational activities as individuals and as members of a group.
- Work is performed under the close supervision of a licensed professional supervisor who reviews work through reports, ward inspections, and observation, but resources are expected to perform the more routine duties independently

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
- Graduated from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Current / Active state PA license as a LPN
- Experience working in a Long Term Care Facility
