Licensed Practical Nurse Availability

• Full Time: Anywhere between 30-40 hours per week, but the actual schedule will likely be 32 hours average/week
• Every other weekend
• Weekday flexibility is a must
• Clinic hours of operation: 8:30am – 7:30pm

Licensed Practical Nurse Compensation

• The pay for this position is $37.17 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

• (LPN) assists in providing clinical services in a unique retail setting.
• LPN will assist with greeting patients, taking vitals, completes accurate patient documentation via computerized charting, as well as duties such as supply ordering, inventory and weekly patient logs.
• Assess patients during intake
• Take vital signs
• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening
• Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
• Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
• Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
• Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
• Administer vaccine injections

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements

• Licensed LPN in Florida
• 1 year of experience required
• Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
• Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
• Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.
